In addition to the lovely summertime frocks arriving in the shop this week, I have put together a mini collection of summer separates and accessories in a variety of styles and sizes, spanning the 1940s to the 1970s.
I think my absolute favourite of the bunch is the [now sold!] 1950s circle skirt by Pam Foster, who also designed clothing for the 1962 Seattle World Fair. The print features white bulls running at bright pink matador capes and brilliant big, bold roses. The skirt was one of several finds brought back from my last trip to the U.S., which are slowly but surely making their way into the shop. There are more to come in future updates.
