It's very nearly the shortest day of the year here in the U.K. and the early sunsets mean I'm just about ready to fall asleep at 4 o'clock! With the long nights, there's been less time for outdoors-walking and more time for armchair-festering... But I've been trying to put the long evenings to good use by researching the history behind forthcoming shop items and tweaking a new online Elly Maggy Vintage project...
